Within the last year I've gotten central air and heating from 1st Heating and cooling. I am very satisfied with their service! They've gone above and beyond in all aspects. The whole process was handled with professionalism and everyone I've come in contact with has been very pleasant. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs!

It is the definition of family company. I had my water boiler break 3 weeks before Christmas. Wes come out to look at it within an hour. Ryan and Adam both helped me with getting a new unit installed and they brought me space heaters so I could keep the house warm. It was installed the very next day and I could not be happier. I will only go to 1rst heating and cooling from now on.

Our water heater, which provided hot water for house as well as for radiant floor heating, burst the day before Thanksgiving—-with a house full of adult children home for the holidays. Ryan came over, twice, to make sure system was disconnected and got supplier (which was closed) to open up to pick up a new unit which they installed Friday after Thanksgiving. The whole situation, especially timing, couldn’t have been much worse, but they really impressed us with their concern for our emergency and the professionalism of their work. We highly recommend them!

Ryan came out to do an estimate ( 5 other Companies also) as our A/C unit was over 22 years old and malfunctioning. He was the most professional and knowledgeable by far. He took the time to thoroughly explain and answer all questions without pressuring for a sale. Installation was scheduled promptly and performed professionally in a very timely manner. Of course, our A/C stopped working the night before installation! Not wanting us to be uncomfortable overnight, Ryan was kind enough to have one of his techs come out that very evening . He spent over an hour installing new parts on my old Condenser unit . God bless, got it running - no charge. 1st Heating and Cooling defines a First Class Operation in every aspect. of the service they provide. AAAA+++

Ryan and his team were able to come out right away, not only on Memorial Day weekend in 90+ temps when the air went out, but recently when my parents air also went out in 90+ temps on the weekend preceding July 4th... Quick response, reasonable prices, great communication. We will only be using 1st Heating and Cooling from here on out for our HVAC needs.

Great place!!! 10/10 would recommend you go with 1st Heating and Cooling for any and all HVAC needs. Not only are they one of the few places open on weekends in the area, they are extremely helpful, honest and professional. Ryan helped walk us through an easy to fix issue over the phone instead of wasting our time and money, he went above and beyond to help in ways no other companies would. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!

Hands down the best company I’ve ever interacted with. Ryan’s help completely changed the game when it comes to customer service. Ryan helped diagnose the issue and then knew exactly what to do to fix it. Couldn’t recommend him and his company enough. 10 out of 5 stars.

I would definitely recommend 1st heating and cooling. These guys and specifically Ryan were very professional, helpful and most of all honest! Im a diy kind of guy. But thing got a little over my head. They new exactly what to do. If you need hvac work done right by honest people that truly know what there doing, look no further!

Ryan is an amazing business owner and has great business ethic. He really goes the extra mile. He even offered to run to the store for my sick little one. My furnace looks amazing and runs even better. They replaced it in a timely manner and pricing was reasonable. I would 100% hire again and refer to my friends hands down.

Big thanks to Ryan for the help over the phone to fix our furnace issue. All it took was scraping the massive amounts of snow off the roof by the chimney. Saved a lot of $$$!

1st Heating and Cooling is great. Free, informative quote by the friendly owner, Ryan. Good about returning phone calls and Amy, the girl in the office was very personable. They seemed busy but worked with my schedule and arranged for a technician to come the next morning. The job was done quickly and efficiently with the technician (Tom), explaining what he was doing each step along the way. Very thorough and left my home cleaner than when he entered! Would recommend highly.
Update: Recently called upon the services of 1st Heating and Cooling again when my furnace stopped working. Their technician (Eric) came out quickly and was clean and friendly. He explained that the inducer fan was bad and ended up replacing the pressure switch as well. The price was fair and well explained and now the furnace is quieter and works great.
This company consistently provides the kind of service that all businesses should strive for!

A HUGE heartfelt Thank You to 1st Heating and Cooling! Our furnace was pushing 50 years old in the home we bought 7... months ago and just needed to go. My fiance and I had no idea what to expect and were intimidated by the thought of having to replace such an important part of our home. 1st Heating and Cooling made the process so easy and comfortable! So I’m about 1 yr late on this review, but GREAT company to work with!! Had a service call/time up for our furnace... from a different company, and the tech wanted to red tag our furnace because there was a crack in our heat exchange, and was told the office would send us a quote, which they did 2 days later!! Was referred to 1st Heating & Cooling from a neighbor and Ryan came out that night and gave us quote. Had our new furnace installed the next day! Woke up this morning with no heat. With small children and animals we were panicking to get the furnace working again.... Once my husband realized he couldn’t fix it we called Ryan.
